Boxcar 147
This series of boxcar included numbers 121 to 157 built in 1912 through 1917.
The major differences between the 85 series and 147 series boxcars are the side door hardware and the car ends.
Included in the kit is sufficient "tin plates" to cover the roof. They're actually heavy bond paper laser cut so all pieces are identical size.
Kit includes trucks and couplers. Full upper body and underbody. Only the main air line from end to end and the smaller line from the reservoir to the retainer are not included. The sides and ends are double walled plywood for strength. They are lasered and scribed for added interior detail extending 3" either side of the doors. The floor of the car is scribed both sides.
